Les is friendly, prompt, honest very knowledgeable & very generous sharing his knowledge experience & time. Even helping work out how to organise work to minimise costs. In the first instance there was a slight oversight by a junior team leader & without a quibble they were back straight away to rectify the issue, in the second instance much to our dismay, the oversight was ours & same thing back ASAP & in both instances at no extra charge!
